Erik Gullbransson born in 1964 in Aarhus, Denmark. Started playing the piano at early age and decided on a career as a musician. Percussion lessons at local music school led to much music-making in local ensembles especially Molnlycke Big Band that made a lot of concerts including Putte Wickman, Georgie Fame, Svante Thuresson. 


He made his debut as a 17 year old on the professional scene with "Nefertiti Concert Big Band" when the band did a concert tour with the Danish trumpeter Palle Mikkelborg. During the 80's in Gothenburg Erik played or sang in various bands, ranging from the pop and show  band Nick Noye to jazz music / entertainment music in different configurations. Eventually began collaborations with musicians such as Harald Svensson, Kjell Jansson, Rolf Jardemark, Thomas Darelid, Sven-Eric Dahlberg, Jan Zirk and others 


A versatile performer, singer, actor, presenter, etc. and a frequent guest of orchestras and big bands around the country. 

As a musical artist, Erik had time for a wide range of productions with roles as: "Thenardier" in Les Misérables, "Herod" in Jesus Christ Superstar, "The Narrator" in Blood Brothers, "Sir Danvers' Jekyll and Hyde," Judge Turpin "In Sweeney Todd, " Doolittle "in My Fair Lady, Nathan Detroit in "Guys and Dolls", "Siedler" in "White Horse Inn” , ”Kit” in ”No way to treat a lady” among others. 

Erik is also a frequent presenter / host and he has collaborated with companies such as Swedish National Radio, SKF, Volvo, Ericsson, Gothenburg Opera, City of Malmö, Göteborg & Co, Port of Gothenburg and others.
